Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- dry mustard
- grated Cheddar cheese
- eggs, slightly beaten - 9 item
- bulk pork sausage
- slices white bread, cubed - 3 item
How to make breakfast souffle:
Brown crumbled sausage in heavy skillet and drain on paper towels. Mix eggs, milk, mustard and salt. Stir in bread, sausage and cheese. Pour mixture into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Refrigerate covered overnight. Bake uncovered at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Breakfast, Oven.
