Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- eggs, lightly beaten - 4 item
- 9-inch pie shell
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- grated Swiss cheese
- sausage - 1 pkg
How to make breakfast pie:
Cook sausage until done, drain. Prepare 9-inch pie crust. Mix cheese and sausage. Sprinkle in shell. Lightly beat eggs in a bowl. Combine remaining ingredients and add to egg mixture. Pour in shell. Bake at 375° for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool on rack 10 minutes. Yields 6 to 8 servings.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Cheese, Pork.
