Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 6 item
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1 c
- green pepper optional - 1 item
- onions optional - 1 item
- mushrooms optional - 1 item
- slices bread whole wheat or white, cubed - 6 item
- sausage links, cooked and sliced or cooked ham or bacon - 1 lb
How to make breakfast casserole:
Beat eggs slightly; add all other ingredients and refrigerate overnight. Bake in an 8 x 10-inch lightly greased pan for 45 minutes at 350° until firm. Great for a crowd.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
