Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- tsp pepper - 1/4 item
- Tbsp water - 2 item
- tsp seasoned salt - 1 item
- c original bisquick - 1/2 item
- saltine crackers 1/2 c, crushed - 12 item
- pork boneless loin chops 1/2 thick about 2 lb - 8 item
How to make breaded pork chops:
Mix bisquick, cracker crumbs, seasoned salt and pepper in one bowl. Mix eggs and water in another bowl. Drop pork chops into egg mixture then coat with bisquick mixture. Spray a 12 inch non-stick skillet with cooking spray, heat over medium high heat. Cook pork in skillet 8-10 minutes, turning once until pork is slightly pink in the middle.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Pork chop.
