Ingredients/Components
- cocoa - 2 Tbsp
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- light corn syrup - 2 Tbsp
- finely chopped nuts - 1 c
- crushed vanilla wafers - 2 c
- bourbon or rum - 1/4 c
How to make bourbon balls:
Sift cocoa and sugar into bowl. Stir in bourbon, which has been mixed with syrup. Mix well; add crumbs and nuts. Mix well again. roll into small balls. Drop into powdered sugar; roll to coat. Allow to dry a day or so before using. Freezes well. Makes 3 dozen balls.Triple recipe for 50 people.
