  • stick margarine, melted - 1 item
  • can crushed pineapple undrained - 1 lb
  • lemon cake mix - 1 pkg
  • vanilla flavor - 2 tsp
  • 1/4 sticks oleo - 3 item
  • blueberries fresh, canned or frozen - 3 c

How to make blueberry crunch:

Cream oleo and cream cheese; add sugar and cream well. Alternate flour and eggs, beating good. Add vanilla. Bake at 300° starting in cold oven. Bake in tube pan, greased and floured, for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
