Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- margarine - 1/2 c
- blueberries - 2 c
- softened margarine
How to make blueberry buckle:
Topping:1/2 c. softened margarine2/3 c. flour1 c. sugar1 tsp. cinnamon Cream margarine well. Add sugar and cream until light and fluffy. Add egg and beat. Add other ingredients. Add milk. Beat until smooth. Fold in blueberries. Grease and flour 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Pour in mixture.Mix all ingredients of topping. Mix until they form a crumb mixture. Sprinkle on top of batter. Bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes.
