Blender hollandaise
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- softened butter - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- dash of white pepper - 1 item
- thin slice of onion - 1 item
- sliver of garlic - 1 item
How to make blender hollandaise:
Blend all ingredients until smooth. With motor still running, gradually add 1/2 cup hot water. Blend until smooth again. Then cook over low heat or in a double boiler, stirring constantly, until consistency of custard. Serve hot or cold.Great over fresh asparagus or artichokes.
