Black-eyed pea salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/4 c
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- ground red pepper - 3/4 tsp
- diced purple onion - 1/2 c
- jar diced pimientos, drained - 1 oz
- cans black-eyed peas, rinsed - 3 item
How to make black-eyed pea salad:
Combine peas, pimientos and purple onion in a bowl; toss gently. Combine vinegar and remaining ingredients. Stir well and pour over pea mixture. Cover and chill at least 3 hours.Recipe categories: Condiments, etc., Salads, Side dish.
