Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- water - 1 c
- cocoa - 1/4 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- cooking oil - 1/2 c
- beaten egg - 1 item
- white vinegar - 1 Tbsp
How to make black bottom cupcakes:
Beat together cream cheese, egg, 1/3 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Stir in chocolate chips. Set aside cream mixture. In another bowl, sift together flour, 1 cup sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Add the water, cooking oil, vinegar and vanilla. Beat well. The cocoa mixture will be thin. Fill cupcake liners half full with cocoa mixture. Drop 1 heaping tablespoon of cream cheese mixture on top of each cocoa mixture. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Cupcakes.
