Ingredients/Components
- oil - 1/4 c
- bay leaf - 1 item
- clove garlic - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- thyme - 1/2 tsp
- beer - 12 oz
- onions, sliced - 6 item
- chuck, cubed - 2 lb
How to make beer stew:
Brown chuck, onions and garlic in oil. Season with salt and pepper. To the beef, add beer, bay leaf and thyme; cook until nice and tender. Serve with whole peeled, boiled potatoes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Stew.
