Beef stroganoff
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- catsup - 2 Tbsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can mushrooms - 1 oz
- hot oil - 2 Tbsp
- round or sirloin steak, cut in strips - 1 item
- onion, diced or sliced - 1 item
- clove garlic optional - 1 item
How to make beef stroganoff:
Cut steak in strips. Brown in hot oil. Add onion and garlic. Combine mushroom soup, sour cream, mushrooms, catsup and Worcestershire sauce. Add to meat; heat thoroughly. This may be prepared in an electric skillet. Serve with 6 ounce noodles which have been cooked and drained.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
