Ingredients/Components
- garlic powder - 1/3 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 c
- soy sauce - 1/4 c
- seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
- m - 1 tsp
- onion powder - 1 tsp
- liquid smoke - 2 Tbsp
- flank steak, trimmed and partially frozen
How to make beef jerky:
Slice beef across the grain into 1/4-inch thick slices. Place in shallow dish. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over beef. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Lay beef strips on rack. Set over an aluminum foil-lined baking pan. Prop oven open with pencil. Bake 8 to 12 hours at 150°.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Beef.
