Ingredients/Components
- garlic powder - 2/3 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 c
- soy sauce - 1/2 c
- seasoned salt - 2 tsp
- black pepper - 2/3 tsp
- onion powder - 2 tsp
- Liquid Smoke - 1 Tbsp
- Accent without m - 2 tsp
How to make beef jerky:
This is enough marinade for approximately 3 pounds of flank steak. Mix all these ingredients together and marinate the meat overnight in the refrigerator (cut meat in narrow strips). Bake at 150° or 200° (or lowest oven setting) for 6 to 8 hRecipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Beef.
