- sauerkraut - 1 item
- Polish sausages or smoked sausages - 1 item
How to make barbecued sausages:
Cut Polish sausage or smoked sausages into 1 to 1 1/2-inch pieces. Split halfway through. Stuff with sauerkraut. Secure with toothpicks. Place in baking dish. Cover with barbecue sauce. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes or until bubbly.Recipe categories: Meat, Potluck, Picnic.
