Banana split dessert
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- sticks butter - 3 item
- large carton Cool Whip - 1 item
- large can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- jar cherries - 1 item
- pecans or walnuts - 2 c
- graham crackers, crushed - 2 c
- bananas, cut round - 4 item
How to make banana split dessert:
Melt 1 stick butter. Mix with the graham cracker crumbs and pat on bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.Mix eggs, 2 sticks butter (softened), powdered sugar and vanilla in bowl. Beat 15 minutes, until it looks like whipped cream. Spread over crumbs. Slice bananas over this. Spread on drained, crushed pineapple, spread on Cool Whip. Sprinkle on pecans. Decorate with cherries. Let set in refrigerator at least 6 hours before serving.
