Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
- sugar - 1/4 c
- confectioners sugar - 2 c
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- egg whites - 2 item
- bananas - 3 item
- large can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
- large carton whipped topping - 1 item
How to make banana split cake:
Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1 stick margarine and sugar. Press evenly in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Beat together the confectioners sugar, egg whites and other stick of melted margarine. Spread over cracker crust. Cut bananas lengthwise and layer on crust. Layer drained pineapple on bananas. Cover with whipped topping and refrigerate.
