Ingredients/Components
- skim milk - 1 c
- vanilla ice milk - 1/2 c
- small ripe banana - 1 item
How to make banana shake:
Blend milk and ice milk in blender at high speed until smooth. Add banana and blend for 2 or 3 seconds. Serve immediately.Makes 1 cup per serving; 1/2 milk exchange, 1/2 bread exchange, 1/2 fat exchange and 1 fruit exchange. Contains 138 calories.
