- almond extract - 1/8 tsp
- orange juice - 3 Tbsp
- skim milk - 2 c
- medium bananas - 2 item
- sweetener - 2 pkg
How to make banana milk shake:
Blend ingredients in blender until smooth and foamy. Chill before serving. Makes 2 shakes.Per Serving: 92 Calories and trace of Fat.
