Baked vegetable medley
Ingredients/Components
- 1/2 sticks butter or margarine - 1 item
- carrots, scraped - 2 c
- large sweet onion, sliced - 1 item
- fresh head broccoli - 1 item
- fresh head cauliflower - 1 item
How to make baked vegetable medley:
Separate cauliflower and broccoli into florets. Cut carrots into 2 to 3-inch pieces. Into a casserole dish, that has been sprayed with vegetable oil, place vegetables evenly. Slice butter into several "pats" and place on top of mixture. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour, or until tender.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low cholesterol, Side dish.
