Baked potato soup



Ingredients/Components
- milk - 7 c
- sour cream - 1 c
- butter or margarine - 2/3 c
- flour - 2/3 c
- salt to taste - 3/4 tsp
- white pepper to taste - 1/4 tsp
- bacon strips, cooked and crumbled - 4 item
- green onions, diced - 4 item
- large baking potatoes, baked, peeled and cubed - 4 item
- cheese, shredded
How to make baked potato soup:
Make a roux of butter, flour and milk. Add potatoes and onions. Bring to a boil. Simmer 10 minutes. Add bacon, sour cream, cheese, salt and pepper.Recipe categories: Potato, Vegetables, Soups & stews.
