Baked fish, spanish style



Ingredients/Components
- salt
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- paprika - 1/4 tsp
- olive or vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- lemon wedges - 1 item
- small onion, sliced - 1 item
- clove garlic, finely chopped - 1 item
- tomato, sliced - 1 item
- fish steaks or filets
- green pepper, cut into rings - 1 item
How to make baked fish, spanish style:
From sunny Spain, a colorful, low calorie fish dish, garnished with a traditional Spanish medley of green peppers, tomatoes, onions and subtle seasonings.If fish pieces are large, cut into serving pieces. Arrange fish in ungreased square baking dish, 8 x 8 x 2-inches; sprinkle with salt, paprika and pepper. Top with green pepper rings and tomato and onion slices. Mix lemon juice, oil and garlic; pour over fish. Cover and cook in 375° oven for 15 minutes. Uncover and cook until fish flakes easily with fork, 10 to 15 minutes. Garnish with lemon wedges. Serves 6.
