Ingredients/Components
- paprika - 1 item
- garlic salt - 1 item
- parsley flakes - 1 item
- lemon - 1/2 item
- mayonnaise - 1 item
- black pepper - 1 item
- green onion - 1/2 c
- strips bacon - 10 item
- block butter - 1 item
- salmon, halibut, mahimahi or ono fillets - 3 5
- semi-ripe tomato - 1 item
- Maui onion - 1 item
How to make baked fish:
Lay fish in foil. Sprinkle garlic salt, pepper and parsley. Spread mayonnaise lightly on fish, cut butter and lay over mayonnaise. Slice Maui onion and tomato and lay on butter. Cut green onion in 2-inch pieces and put over butter. Lay bacon over green onions. Sprinkle paprika and squeeze juice of lemon over entire dish. Close foil, put over hibachi for 30 minutes or until bacon is cooked. Serves 4 to 8.Recipe categories: Fish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
