Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 8 oz
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- margarine - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can corn, drained - 1 oz
- can creamed corn - 1 oz
- box Jiffy corn bread mix - 1 item
How to make baked corn:
Mix all but corn bread. Fold in corn bread mix. Pour in greased 9 x 13-inch dish. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until brown.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
