Baked chicken salad
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- lemon juice - 2 tsp
- chicken broth - 1/2 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- grated onion - 1 tsp
- mayo - 1 c
- crushed potato chips - 1 c
- toasted almond slices - 1/2 c
- thinly diced celery - 1 c
- cooked, cut into chunks chicken - 2 c
How to make baked chicken salad:
Gently combine all ingredients, except cheese and potato chips. Refrigerate overnight (a must).Before baking, sprinkle with cheese and potato chips. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes. Serve on a lettuce leaf or in cream puffs.
For double recipe, double only chicken.
