Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • lemon juice - 2 tsp
  • chicken broth - 1/2 c
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
  • grated onion - 1 tsp
  • mayo - 1 c
  • crushed potato chips - 1 c
  • toasted almond slices - 1/2 c
  • thinly diced celery - 1 c
  • cooked, cut into chunks chicken - 2 c

How to make baked chicken salad:

Gently combine all ingredients, except cheese and potato chips. Refrigerate overnight (a must).

Before baking, sprinkle with cheese and potato chips. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes. Serve on a lettuce leaf or in cream puffs.

For double recipe, double only chicken.
