Ingredients/Components
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- creamy Italian salad dressing - 8 oz
- or 5 catfish fillets - 4 item
- Eagle Crispy Thins potato chips, crushed - 6 oz
How to make baked catfish:
Preheat oven to 400°. Place fish in baking dish. Pour salad dressing over it. Sprinkle potato chips and cheese generously over top of fish. Bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Catfish, Freshwater fish.
