Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 3 oz
- minced parsley - 1 Tbsp
- well drained prepared white horseradish - 2 tsp
- 2 x 4-inch pieces smoked salmon - 6 item
- asparagus spears 4 inches long, cooked - 6 item
How to make asparagus roll-ups:
In bowl, cream together the cream cheese, parsley and horseradish. Spread 1 tablespoon of the mixture over each salmon strip. Place asparagus over cheese on the long side and roll up. Chill 1 hour. Before serving, use a sharp knife to cut each roll into four 1-inch pieces and serve. Serves 12. Great!!Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Sandwich.
