Artichoke nibbles
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- minced parsley - 2 Tbsp
- sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1/2 lb
- jars marinated artichoke hearts - 2 oz
- small onion, finely chopped, or 1 bunch green onions - 1 item
- each: salt, pepper, oregano and hot seasoning - 1/4 tsp
How to make artichoke nibbles:
Drain and chop artichokes. Saute onion and garlic. In a bowl, beat the eggs. Add bread crumbs and spices. Stir in cheese, parsley, onion and artichokes. Turn into a 7 x 11-inch pan. Bake at 325° for about 30 minutes. Let cool in pan, then cut into squares. Serve cold or reheat.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Appetizers.
