Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 4 item
  • clove garlic, minced - 1 item
  • bread crumbs - 1/4 c
  • minced parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1/2 lb
  • jars marinated artichoke hearts - 2 oz
  • small onion, finely chopped, or 1 bunch green onions - 1 item
  • each: salt, pepper, oregano and hot seasoning - 1/4 tsp

How to make artichoke nibbles:

Drain and chop artichokes. Saute onion and garlic. In a bowl, beat the eggs. Add bread crumbs and spices. Stir in cheese, parsley, onion and artichokes. Turn into a 7 x 11-inch pan. Bake at 325° for about 30 minutes. Let cool in pan, then cut into squares. Serve cold or reheat.
