  • Parmesan cheese - 1 c
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • can artichokes, drained - 1 item
  • can crabmeat optional - 1 item

How to make artichoke dip:

Drain and mash artichokes. Add mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese. Put mixture into ovenproof dish and heat in a 350° oven for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve hot with crackers.
