Ingredients/Components
- carton sour cream - 1 item
- paprika - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- juice of 1 lemon
- cheddar cheese, grated - 4 oz
- water pack artichoke hearts - 1 c
How to make artichoke dip:
Chop artichokes. Mix with sour cream, mayonnaise, cheese and lemon juice. Sprinkle top with parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees until it bubbles. Serve with crackers or chips. Also good on baked potatoes.Recipe categories: Appetizers, < 30 mins, Dips.
