Ingredients/Components

  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • garlic powder to your taste - 1 clove,
  • can artichoke hearts, cut in 1/4 or more do not use marinated kind - 1 item
  • Parmesan cheese use fresh grated - 1 c
  • lemon juice to your taste - 1 item

How to make artichoke and cheese dip:

Mix all ingredients. Pour into a 2 to 3-inch deep baking dish. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.

Can double recipe.
