Apple cake

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• milk - 1 c
• salt - 1/4 tsp
• flour
• brown sugar - 1 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• pumpkin pie spice - 1 tsp
• oleo - 1/2 c
• white sugar - 1 c
• chopped peeled apples - 2 c

How to make apple cake:

Cream oleo and sugars. Add eggs and mix well. Sift flour, soda, baking powder, salt and pumpkin pie spice. Add this to creamed mixture, alternating with milk and vanilla. Add apples. Put into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Before baking, sprinkle with the last sugars. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
