Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- powdered sugar
How to make amish cake:
Mix together by hand and pour into a greased 10 x 15-inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes or until lightly browned on top.Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting:
