  • sugar
  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
  • powdered sugar

How to make amish cake:

Mix together by hand and pour into a greased 10 x 15-inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
