  • vanilla
  • milk - 2 c
  • butter - 1/4 c
  • coconut - 1 c
  • Bisquick - 1/2 c

How to make amazing coconut pie:

Combine milk, sugar, Bisquick, eggs, butter and vanilla in blender. Blend on low speed for 3 minutes. Pour into greased pan. Let stand for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with coconut. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
