  • sugar - 3/4 c
  • milk - 1 c
  • cold water - 1/2 c
  • almond extract - 1 tsp
  • boiling water - 1 c
  • Knox gelatine - 2 pkg
  • cans fruit cocktail - 2 item

How to make almond float:

Put cold water in a square cake pan. Sprinkle gelatine over the cold water. Soften 5 minutes. Sprinkle sugar. Add hot water and stir until dissolved. Add milk and almond extract. Refrigerate until set.

Cut in squares and float in fruit cocktail.
