How to make 7-up cake:
Filling:1 1/2 c. sugar2 Tbsp. flour2 eggs1 can coconut Mix ingredients for cake well. Bake in 3 nine-inch cake pans at 350° for approximately 25 minutes.Filling: Combine ingredients for filling, all except coconut, in a saucepan and cook slowly until mixture thickens. Remove from heat. Cool. When cool, stir in coconut. Spread between layers. This cake can be made in a Bundt pan and served plain or with lemon sauce.
