Preheat oven to 400°. Combine flour and salt; cut in half of shortening until mixture resembles coarse corn meal. Cut in remaining shortening until mixture is consistency of small peas.... Mix sugar, salt and flour. Cut in Crisco. Mix egg, vinegar and water. Add to flour mixture.... Stir first 3 ingredients with fork. Add oil and blend. Sprinkle water over mixture, blend with fork.|| Roll out between two sheets of wax paper. Peel off and fit in... Crumble all ingredients together with a fork until smooth. Roll out on floured board with rolling pin.... Melt oleo. Blend in sugar and stir in flour. Press in pie plate. Bake at 350° until light brown. Do not overcook.... Mix first 4 ingredients with fork. In a separate bowl, beat next 3 ingredients; then add to first. Stir with fork. Chill 15 minutes. Makes dough for at least 3... Mix flour and salt. Blend in oil with fork. Sprinkle water over mixture. Mix all together. With hands form into a ball, divide in half. Roll out on floured surface.... |
