Makes enough to coat about 4 pounds of chicken.|| Mix together all ingredients. Moisten chicken in milk and roll in crumbs. Place chicken on cookie sheet. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour.... Mix in saucepan. Saute onions and garlic in oil until golden and tender, about 10 minutes. Stir in chili powder and cook 1 minute. Add all remaining ingredients except butter. Bring to a... Mix cream, vinegar and sugar. Heat; cool. Beat eggs and pour into mixture and heat until it gets thick.... Mix first 5 ingredients in blender; then slowly add vinegar. Blend thoroughly until creamy.
