- olive oil - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- garlic, chopped - 1 item
- hot pepper - 1 item
- white wine - 1 item
- tomato puree - 1 item
- parsley, chopped - 1 item
- salt - 1 item
How to make zuppa di pesce:
Saute onion and garlic in oil. Add parsley, tomato puree, pepper, salt and wine; stir and simmer 10 minutes. Add the fish and simmer 15 minutes. Serve over sliced and toasted crusty bread.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Shrimp, Squid.
