Zucchini stew



Ingredients/Components
- oil - 4 Tbsp
- medium-sized zucchini, cubed - 1 item
- medium potatoes, peeled and cubed - 2 item
- celery stalk, chopped - 1 item
- carrot, sliced - 1 item
- green pepper, sliced - 1 item
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- large chopped onion - 1 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- tomato sauce - 16 oz
- water - 1/2 c
How to make zucchini stew:
Heat oil in large saucepan. Add all the vegetables and season with salt and pepper over medium heat. Pour tomato sauce and water over ingredients and let simmer for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours until vegetables are tender.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Corn.
