  • sour cream - 1 c
  • butter - 1/4 lb
  • grated carrots - 2 item
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
  • grated medium onion - 1 item
  • sliced zucchini squash - 3 4

How to make zucchini squash casserole:

Melt butter; mix in stuffing mix. Parboil squash; drain. Mix squash with carrots, onions, sour cream and soup and 1/2 of stuffing. Spread in a casserole dish; sprinkle remaining stuffing on top. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
