Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- butter - 1/4 lb
- grated carrots - 2 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
- grated medium onion - 1 item
- sliced zucchini squash - 3 4
How to make zucchini squash casserole:
Melt butter; mix in stuffing mix. Parboil squash; drain. Mix squash with carrots, onions, sour cream and soup and 1/2 of stuffing. Spread in a casserole dish; sprinkle remaining stuffing on top. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Onions.
