- sour cream - 2/3 c
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- grated cheese - 6 Tbsp
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- medium onion - 1 item
- seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
- small or 3 large zucchini squash - 6 item
How to make zucchini squash casserole:
Preheat oven to 350°. Simmer zucchini (cut in 1/2 inch slices) in salted water to cover until tender, usually about 10 minutes. Drain. Saute onion in margarine; add sour cream and cheese. Season zucchini with salt and a little pepper. Mix with onioRecipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Onions.
