Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 1/2 c
  • Bisquick - 1 c
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
  • clove garlic, chopped - 1 item
  • thinly sliced or chopped zucchini - 3 c

How to make zucchini squares:

Mix together. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Cook at 350° for 35 minutes.
