Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs, beaten - 4 item
  • vegetable oil - 1/2 c
  • Bisquick - 1 c
  • freshly ground pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese, grated - 1/2 c
  • seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
  • onion, finely chopped - 1/2 c
  • parsley, chopped - 2 Tbsp
  • dash of hot sauce optional - 1 item
  • zucchini, unpeeled and sliced - 3 c

How to make zucchini squares:

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease 9 x 13-inch pan. Combine eggs, oil and Bisquick. Add remaining ingredients and spread into pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until brown. Cut into bite size squares. Serve hot or cold.
