Zucchini soup



  • butter - 2 3
  • can chicken broth - 1 item
  • curry powder - 1 tsp
  • zucchini, sliced - 1 lb
  • clove garlic, chopped - 1 item
  • condensed milk or cream - 1/2 c

How to make zucchini soup:

Saute lightly in covered pan with 2 to 3 tablespoons of butter for 10 minutes the zucchini and garlic. Place in blender with chicken broth, condensed milk or cream and curry powder. Heat gently and enjoy! Yields approximately 4 servings.
