Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- salt - 2 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- chopped celery - 2 c
- oregano - 1 tsp
- basil - 1/2 tsp
- Italian seasoning - 1 tsp
- Italian sausage - 1 lb
- canned tomatoes - 2 (28
- zucchini, cut in pieces - 2 lb
- green peppers, sliced and diced - 2 item
How to make zucchini soup:
Brown sausage in large pot. Add celery and cook 10 minutes. Drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients except green peppers. Cover and boil 20 minutes. Add green pepper and cook until tender. Serve with warm Italian bread.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Main dish, One Dish meal.
