Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- oregano - 1 tsp
- basil - 1 tsp
- Italian seasoning - 1 tsp
- parsley - 1 tsp
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- celery, chopped - 2 c
- cans tomatoes - 2 oz
- green peppers, chopped - 2 item
- zucchini 1/2-inch pieces - 2 2
- Italian sausage remove casing, chop up - 1 lb
How to make zucchini soup:
Brown sausage; drain. Add other ingredients. Cook 30 to 60 minutes. Sprinkle bowls of soup with Parmesan cheese. Serve with French or Italian bread.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Main dish, One Dish meal.
