  • sugar - 2 tsp
  • garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • oregano - 1 tsp
  • basil - 1 tsp
  • Italian seasoning - 1 tsp
  • parsley - 1 tsp
  • large onion, chopped - 1 item
  • celery, chopped - 2 c
  • cans tomatoes - 2 oz
  • green peppers, chopped - 2 item
  • zucchini 1/2-inch pieces - 2 2
  • Italian sausage remove casing, chop up - 1 lb

How to make zucchini soup:

Brown sausage; drain. Add other ingredients. Cook 30 to 60 minutes. Sprinkle bowls of soup with Parmesan cheese. Serve with French or Italian bread.
