Ingredients/Components

  • chopped onion - 1 c
  • celery slices - 2 c
  • diced green peppers - 2 item
  • diced zucchini - 4 c
  • cans tomato juice - 2 oz
  • Italian bulk sausage - 1 lb
  • each: salt, basil, Italian seasoning, oregano, sugar and garlic salt - 1 tsp

How to make zucchini soup:

Brown sausage and drain fat. Add zucchini, green peppers, celery slices, chopped onion, tomato juice and all seasonings. Cook slowly for several hours.
