Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1/3 c
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- slightly beaten eggs - 2 item
- shredded unpared zucchini - 2 c
How to make zucchini rounds:
In a mixing bowl stir together biscuit mix, cheese and pepper. Add beaten eggs. Stir only until mixture is moistened. Fold in zucchini. In a 10-inch skillet, melt margarine over medium heat. Use 2 tablespoons of mixture for each round. Cook 2 toRecipe categories: Squash, Appetizers, Vegetables.
