Ingredients/Components

  • sugar
  • salt - 5 Tbsp
  • cornstarch
  • vinegar
  • grated zucchini - 10 c
  • dry mustard - 1 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • grated onion - 4 c
  • celery salt - 2 tsp
  • turmeric - 1 tsp
  • grated green pepper - 1 item
  • grated red pepper - 1 item

How to make zucchini relish:

Syrup:1 Tbsp. cornstarch4 1/2 c. sugar1 Tbsp. dry mustard2 tsp. celery salt2 1/4 c. vinegar1/2 tsp. pepper1 tsp. turmeric Mix zucchini, onion, peppers and salt and let stand overnight, then rinse twice with cold water. Mix all syrup ingredients
